This wedding was truly unique. Everything about the day just felt intimate. The spaces, the moments, the stories, the family and friends, the details.
Landon’s family home was the perfect location for their sweet celebration. If you know me and have followed my work, you know I love far away images showing the surrounding landscape. But, this wedding was truly unique. Everything about the day just felt intimate. The spaces, the moments, the stories, the family and friends, the details. So I got closer and matched the energy I felt around me. That is not something that can be done just by picking up a fancy camera. It’s years of becoming in tune with my environment and what I’m capturing. Even the getting ready room was a small sunroom full of 8 women and not very much space for me to move but some of those images are my favorite. This is post one of at least three this week. I am in love with intimate weddings (especially family home ones) and elopements. It strips away the unnecessary and makes it all about the love.
